Establishes and oversees the Development of production plans and schedules that meet the customer demands, and production capacity for multiply production facilities utilizing the ?SAP Production and Capacity Modules? ? Prepare and sequence Production schedules for the following week. Stay in constant communications with assigned plants to ensure execution of schedule. ? Maintain and update daily the SAP release/schedule production orders for each assigned plant. ? Maintain PP and MRP profiles to ensure the integrity of the SAP Production and Capacity Modules are fully utilized. ? Forecast Non Trade sales. ? Knowledge of CCE production environment to analyze systems suggested production requirements for reasonableness. ? Sequence flavors and packages to maximize efficiencies while minimizing operating cost. ? Review and analyze line capacity to determine if alternative sourcing is required. ? If over capacity coordinate within the department to ensure consistent supply. ? Maintain system parameters for production scheduling. ? Work to ensure that Working Capital targets are achieved on produced full goods. ? Coordinate with SC Planners I (DRP) on product needs. ? Assist Demand Manager with ?New Product Launches? on produced full goods. ? Conduct weekly production schedule meetings with respective Production Center. Job Requirements ? 3 - 5 years of manufacturing plant experience or planning. ? Must possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to work with mathematical concepts. ? Experience with computers is required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP is necessary. ? Ability to define problem, collect data, estblish facts and draw vaild conclusions. ? Experience with DRP and Purchasing of Full Goods. ? Must have strong written and verbal communciation skills. ? High School Diploma required. ? Bachelor's degree preferred. ? APICS certifications preferred.

Technical Trainer Job Responsibilities ? Bilingual candidates residing in any major city will be considered ? Ensures that all training activities are consistent with Company strategies and objectives ? Facilitates technical training & administers certification testing either in person or via proxy ? Coordinates & facilitates training to support rollout of new technology ? Coordinates delivery of training provided by external suppliers and manufacturers ? Forecasts annual business plan specific to technical training to secure funding & manages budget according to that plan ? Proactively analyzes performance of individual technicians to identify high-leverage training opportunities at the service provider level ? Consults with local management teams to prepare and implement training plans and programs ? Assists service provider?s management team and in-house trainers with training plan development and execution to optimize the overall quality & consistency of the mechanical service rendered in their territory ? Plans & executes formal assessment and ride-with efforts to gauge market performance ? Provides feedback and subject-matter expertise regarding content & effectiveness of training programs ? Facilitates the tracking & reporting of all training activities at all levels Job Requirements ? Bachelor?s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or related field preferred; High school diploma with equivalent work experience accepted ? Five to seven years of beverage service experience to include installing, refrigeration, servicing and repairing dispensing equipment. Experience in project management and managing technicians are a plus. ? Expertise surrounding the installation, service, and periodic maintenance of bottle/can vending, post-mix fountain, frozen beverage, and frozen concentrate dispensing systems ? Knowledge of service provider business systems including dispatch, inventory and parts control, and invoicing systems ? Strong planning and organizational skills ? Strong verbal and written communication ? Impeccable attention to detail and follow-up skills ? Strong presentation skills ? Ability to take direction from multiple sources and prioritize time and resources accordingly ?
